I’m Ketan and I have been in the accounting industry for over 10 years. Having spent most of that time working closely with a bunch of wonderful clients, I realised that a lot of accounting firms take quite a generic approach to their clients.

In my opinion, each client has different needs and different wants from life. Not to mention that life always throws spanners in the works and changes the plan along the way.
With that much variety in life, why should the approach be generic?
